Dr. LaGreca is recognized throughout Montana and Wyoming as a physician with a strong work ethic, dedicated to providing high quality comprehensive eye care to the thousands of patients he has treated over the years. Dr. LaGreca is trained in all facets of eye surgery and worked as a co-medical director at the first refractive laser center in the Billings area. An experienced surgeon, he has performed over ten thousand cataract surgeries. He is also one of the first of a group of surgeons to renew his board certification through the American Board of Ophthalmology.

Dr. LaGreca enjoys relaxing with his family, skiing, fishing, and hiking. He and his wife Stacey have three children, Cassie, Brice, and Sydney. Quiet and unassuming, Dr. LaGreca is known for his compassionate touch, tireless dedication and desire to give back to the community. As a business owner and surgeon, his mission is to “make a positive impact in the lives of my fellow workers and the patients for whom we care.”
