From start to finish, at the first appointment with Dr Erpenbach to the surgery with Dr. Smith, to the last appointment with Dr. Erpenbach I felt as though I was wrapped in a warm fuzzy blanket. The office staff, the nurses,technicians, and the lovely lady who brought coffee and gave instructions made me feel comfortable. If one can call surgery great, this is the place to go. I had eye surgery on Monday.   Dr. LaGreca took care of me………and did great! You removed a cataract from my right eye two weeks ago: I’m not sure if I ever said “thank you” for all you did for me. My eye has healed, the vision is the greatest of gifts, and you are indeed a fine surgeon. Also, I wanted to compliment your entire staff, from the front desk to your assistant…showed calmness and friendliness… believe me, that means everything.

I find this office has a very professional approach to making patients feel at ease in anticipation of any procedure to be done. All personnel are very professional and do their utmost to make patients feel at ease. A semi-jovial attitude prevails and in my opinion is excellent in easing patients concerns regarding forthcoming procedures. All this provides a comforting atmosphere.

I cut my hair today for the first time in 15 years so people could see me eyes – I’m getting tons of compliments on how pretty they are.
