Celebrating 25 years of service to the Billings community!

Dr. Brian LaGreca came to Billings in 1992 and joined the practice at The Eye Clinic Surgicenter. He bought the practice 15 years ago. In the past 25 years, Dr. LaGreca has offered high quality comprehensive eye care to patients throughout Montana and Wyoming.  Since 2005, he has organized and financed medical missions to southern Mexico, bringing much needed cataract surgery and eye care to rural areas that had no access to such care. Because of his desire to give back to the community, he supports many local organizations and charities, including Relay for Life, MS rides and organizations that support our youth.

Dr. LaGreca enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying outdoor activities. As a business owner and physician, his mission is to “make a positive impact in the lives of my fellow workers and the patients for whom we care”. Because of this desire, he is always seeking to broaden his scope of practice, making new and innovative services available to the Billings community and those of surrounding areas.
