Happy Holidays!
As of 6/30/08, we installed a new computer system designed to help us better serve your needs. As you come in for the first time you will be asked to bring in a picture ID and all insurance cards so we can scan them into your account to keep for future visits. In the transition period, you may receive two statements, one from the old system and one from the new system. If you have any questions regarding your statement(s) please contact our billing department and they’ll be happy to assist you. We are now accepting Care Credit as a payment option for you as well as traditional Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express options.

Our doctors continue to be very committed to serving. Both doctors have gone on medical missions to Mexico to provide eye care and/or cataract surgery. They also serve the Billings and Red Lodge communities by providing health care to those seeking help through local agencies [i.e., Healthcare for the Homeless, Riverstone (formerly known as Deering Clinic), exams for children through Lions Clubs and the public school system].

Our Clinic has joined forces with Walman Optical lab to participate in the 2008 Glasses and Reading Program for children in the Utah Navajoland region. The Eye Clinic supplied frames for over 200 children that were screened and found to be in desperate need of eyeglasses. Walman Optical will be supplying the prescription lenses for these children. With extra effort, we should have these glasses back to the children before Christmas. That’s a merry Christmas indeed!

If you are in need of new eyewear, consider some of these options—not only will you get a great pair of glasses, but you will be supporting a great cause at the same time! You can’t lose!
- The 2008 Limited Edition FAITH sunglasses help support the Susan G. Komen race for the cure for breast cancer. At least 25% of sales goes to support breast cancer research.
- Global Releaf frames are part of the Go Green effort—for every Global Releaf frame purchased, American Forest will plant a tree. So buy a frame, save the Earth, cool the globe!
