Spring Updates!
Now that spring is officially here, we are all spending more time outdoors working in the yard or just enjoying the sunshine. This is a good time to update your sunglasses to make sure you are protecting your eyes from any harmful radiation. For more information on how the sun affects your eyes or what to look for in sunglasses, please check our website.

Our new Eye Care and Health Community Outreach Program is off to a great start. Tyler and Suzanne have been very busy visiting local assisted living facilities to present free educational seminars on eye care and eye health topics. This is an ongoing community service, so if you are an activities director or a resident of a facility and would like to have this program visit your residence, please contact us at 252-6608 and we will arrange a time. As always this is a free service and a great chance to learn while you get a free eyeglass “tune-up”!

Our Optical Department is introducing a new line of eyewear by Skechers. We also have a new line by London designer Ted Baker. Both of these lines include men’s and ladies’ styles at very reasonable prices. Come in and get a new look for spring!
With spring comes spring cleaning inside and outside. Please check our website for ways to protect your eyes and your vision while working at home and on the job. “An ounce of protection” can save vision for a lifetime—your vision is our passion!

As plants start coming out of winter dormancy, allergies can also resurface. If you suffer from seasonal allergies or dry eyes, contact our doctors to find out which drops will work best for you. This is more than just a comfort issue. The risk of infection increases when the tear film is deficient. Please tell our doctors if you are experiencing itchy, burning or watering eyes. They will prescribe a treatment program that will not only make you more comfortable, but healthier too.
We now have family billing. If you’d like to receive just one statement for your entire family, please let our front desk or billing staff know.
